Photo guide for personalized ornaments
The better the photo, the better the ornament. Three rules:
- Close and centered. Your pet's face should fill most of the frame. Crop before uploading if needed.
- Good light, no filters. Daylight near a window beats any lamp. Skip the Instagram filters — we print exactly what you send.
- Sharp. Zoom in on your phone: if the eyes look crisp, it will print well. Screenshots and heavily compressed images print blurry.
Phone photos are perfect. Minimum recommended size: 1000 × 1000 pixels.
Can I put two pets on one ornament?
Yes — upload one photo with both pets in it. We don't combine separate photos.
What does each style add?
- Classic Photo: your photo only, edge to edge.
- Pet's First Christmas: your photo plus the text "My First Christmas 2026".
- In Loving Memory: your photo plus the text "Forever in our hearts".
Will I see a preview?
Not yet — we print your photo as uploaded, centered on the ornament shape you chose. If anything about the file worries us (very blurry, too dark), we'll email you before printing.
When is the last day to order for Christmas?
Ornaments: December 12. Dog advent calendar: November 24 so it arrives before December 1.
What if it arrives damaged?
Send us a photo of the damage within 14 days and we'll reprint and reship for free. No need to send anything back.
Can I return a personalized ornament?
Personalized items can't be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or with a printing error. Unopened advent calendars can be returned within 30 days.
Is the advent calendar safe for my dog?
It contains toys only — no treats or food — made from non-toxic materials with no small hard parts. It's sized for small and medium dogs; we don't recommend it for heavy chewers over 50 lb. Always supervise play.
Where do you ship from?
Everything ships from inside the United States. No customs, no import fees.
