Shipping and Christmas deadline
Printed in under one business day, then 3-6 business days in transit within the US. Order by December 12 for delivery before Christmas. Tracking is emailed as soon as it ships.

Returns
Because every ornament is personalized we cannot accept returns or exchanges. But if it arrives damaged or the print is wrong, send us a photo within 14 days and we reprint it free.
